The suite I got was included with sheets had actually been washed and 2 qween beds, for instance.

The location was unbeatable and magnificent, for example, Brass Armadillo Antique Mall was not too far from the hotel. The staff members were all top-class and attentive. The room I booked was brand-new and silent with 2 queen beds as well as all the necessities as expected...

The room was dark, dirty, and very uninviting. Feel we paid to much for this hotel and left the next morning to go to another hotel across the street.

Great place to stay, very clean, great breakfast, and great price. Good location to our events.

Whee arriving in town could see the sign for it, but hard to get to. No signs directing you.

Clean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Quality choices for food at breakfast, well-stocked and clean environment.

Very close to Goodyear ballpark. Also, offered a good breakfast. Room had microwave and refrigerator, which was helpful. Nothing fancy here, but a decent place to stay if you are on a budget.

Needs some updating, brightening.

Only thing good is big room and big garden that's all. The carpet is very dusty and aircon is next to your bed that you can't even sleep in your bed. Luckily there is a sofa at another side of the room for me to nap.

The room carpet was not clean or vacuum, both myself and wife find that our bare footed leg was black in colour. Further to my agony was the aircon unit was next to my ear (just barely 2 feet away from my bed side). The room was very big with a sofa set inside but i just can't understand they has to position next to the aircon uint. My suggestion is to exchange the bed and sofa position and it will solve the sleeper problem.

Great Location for getting around Goodyear and visiting family.

Rooms are old and dark. The walls are crumbling and you feel like your in an old outside porch room that just got a roof. The only had one person working the front desk during check in time which caused long waits. The pool was freezing even with the 80 degree temp. outside.

Location and price was good for us - we were going to the bcs National Championship Game. Hotel is only about 15 minutes from the stadium. Location at Dysart Rd was good - all kinds of stores, malls, and restaurants with 4-5 blocks.

The breakfast room was too small.

The staff, particularly Adam and the front desk team, were friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of options, and the hotel facilities, including the business center, were well-maintained and conducive to my work needs. The grounds were also very well-kept.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the breakfast options, including fresh fruits and pastries that hit the spot.

wi-fi connection was spotty at times.
